PageVideoPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

The service

PageVideoPilot ("the Service", operated by "we"/"us") publishes video files that you ("you", "the client") supply, from a Google Drive folder you or we designate, to Facebook Pages that you administer and explicitly connect. It also reports back on how those videos perform.

Content you provide — your sole responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for every video and any other content you provide to the Service, including anything you or anyone you share your upload folder link with places into that folder. In particular you represent and warrant, for all such content, that:

We do not pre-screen, edit, or verify your content. We act purely as an automated conduit that posts what you supply, on your instruction, to Pages you control.

Your other responsibilities

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service, and its personnel, from and against any and all claims, demands, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you provide or that is uploaded to your folder; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right; or (d) any claim by Meta, Google, a rights holder, a government authority, or any other person in connection with the foregoing. This obligation survives termination of your account.

Posting limits

To keep Pages healthy, the Service posts at most two videos per Page per day, at randomized times. This limit is intentional and is not configurable upward.

Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis, with no warranties of any kind. Facebook or Google API changes, outages, storage limits, or account restrictions on your side may interrupt posting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost views, revenue, reach, content, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion). The operator may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for violation of these Terms, or where required by Meta, Google, or law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the dashboard or by email, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
