Data Deletion

You can have all of the data PageVideoPilot holds about you permanently deleted. This covers your dashboard account, every Facebook Page you connected (including the stored Page access tokens), all upload history and performance figures, any stored Google authorization, and all generated reports.

Your actual Facebook Pages and your Google Drive files are never touched by deletion — only the copy of information held by this Service is removed.

Automatic: remove the app on Facebook

If you remove PageVideoPilot under Facebook → Settings & privacy → Business Integrations, or send a data-deletion request through Facebook, Facebook notifies this Service and we immediately delete every Facebook Page you connected and everything derived from it — the stored Page tokens, upload history, and view metrics. Facebook is given a confirmation link that reports the deletion as complete.

This does not remove your dashboard login itself (an email/password account, not Facebook data) — for that, use the email request below.

How to request deletion

Email adnannasir208@gmail.com from the address on your dashboard account, with the subject Delete my data.

Include the email address of the account if it differs from the one you are writing from.

What happens next

We verify the request comes from the account holder.
Your account and every record linked to it are permanently deleted from the database, and the deletion cascades to all connected Pages, videos, upload logs, reports, and statistics. (The Service has a built-in one-action account-deletion tool for exactly this.)
This is completed within 7 days of a verified request, usually much sooner.
We email you to confirm when it is done.
The next routine server backup rotation (within 14 days) removes your data from backups as well.

You can also revoke access yourself, right now

On the dashboard: click Disconnect next to Google Drive, and use Remove / Delete Permanently on each Page.
On Facebook: remove this app under Settings & privacy → Business Integrations. That immediately invalidates the tokens this Service holds.
On Google: remove access under Google Account → Third-party access.

Revoking access stops all further processing. Email us as above to also erase the historical records.
